Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within Belgium.

Delivery time is estimated at 4 to 5 days, subject to the smooth operation of postal services.

Please allow 11-20 business days for International Shipping. The costs will be calculated at checkout.

Returns

If the jewel is not to your liking, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the product and request a refund, except for the cost of return.

Accessories must be accompanied by the invoice and must be in their original condition and packaging. Accessories must not have been worn.

Rue Romantique will proceed with the reimbursement within 14 days from the day we have been informed of your decision to retract.

However, shipping costs will not be reimbursed and will remain the responsibility of the customer.
